I would definitely recommend this business based on the customer service alone, but she also does great work! Rena was professional, was on time, and worked fast.
I called to inquire about a particular style for my girlfriend. Rena took her time to listen and asked follow up questions to make sure she understood what I was asking for. She asked me to send her a picture and remained on the phone until she got it. She looked at it carefully and then asked me to look up the style by its name to make sure that it was what I wanted, all while remaining on the phone with me.
When I asked for a price, she asked follow up questions instead of "throwing out" a price. I appreciated her commitment to understanding the assignment before quoting me.
My girlfriend had to call her back to confirm the style. Rena answered right away and answered all the questions she had. Rena never once hinted that she was annoyed by either of us and instead took her time to ensure we would be satisfied with her work.
It's refreshing to find stylist like this! We will definitely be back!

Rena studios is definitely the place to go to! The environment was nice, entertaining and not chaotic at all. The owner is amazing!! communication was great, the conversations were funny and the room was nicely decorated. The owner is very sweet and generous! She even provided me with her homemade hair growth oil that SMELLS AMAZING!! I use it everyday now
The Owner also includes the braiding hair!!!!! I don't know about anyone else but not many stylist in LA county are that considerate. I'm a college student who just needed her hair done and the owner worked with my availability and is very realistic when it comes to prices!! I love it there and will be back again!!

I had a last-minute emergency and not only did Sofie accommodate my request, but she did an outstanding job on my 14 year year-old daughter's braids.
